Order Processing Time

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing. Shipping times listed below begin after order processing is complete.

Shipping Timelines
Delivery times depend on the destination:

• Within Ontario: 5–7 business days
• Outside Ontario, within Canada: 7–10 business days
• United States: 10–15 business days
• International (outside Canada and USA): Up to 20 business days

Please note that CCNM Press is not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Pick-up
Pick-up is available only at the CCNM – Toronto Campus.

To pick up your textbook(s), please visit the mailroom, located in the basement of the CCNM – Toronto Campus, open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. ET.

Pick-up orders may take up to two business days to process. You will receive an email notification when your items are ready for pick-up.

CCNM Press is closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
